From when is my membership active?

Your membership is active immediately after registration so you can use it right away.

I got a new phone - how do i use GO DISCOVER on my new phone
A
The GO DISCOVER APP is device dependant. This means you can only be logged onto your account on one unit at a time. If you login to your account using a new phone, you will automatically be logged out of other devices.

Why is my APP very slow?
A
The Go Discover APP is dependant on the internet connection your phone provides. In case your phone is in a low signal area, this may affect the speed of the APP. The Go Discover APP runs smoothly on any standard 3G network or above.

Can i always get discount with the Go Discover Partners?
A
Yes - within the partners opening and discount hours you will always achieve a discount.

Can i get special rates on my membership?
A
Yes - if you are part of a group of minimum 10 people you are eligible for a special membership rate by contacting us with an indication of how many people you are. You can contact us via www.godicover.dk or directly via the APPs main menu, under the ABOUT menu - "special rates"

Can i transfer my membership to a friend?
A
No, your membership is personal and can not be transferred to 3rd person.

How do i get my discount
A
When you ask for the bill, simply mention that you are a GO DISCOVER member and show your ID. You must show your ID to get your discount. To display your ID, either push the "fingerprint" icon in the top right hand corner or simply shake your phone.

How do i participate in the monthly GO DISCOVER prize draw.
A
All PLATINUM members automatically compete to win in the monthly GO DISCOVER prize draw. You must have updated your profile with your address to win - otherwise we can't send you your prize. To update your address, simply to MY PROFILE under the settings menu and insert your address.

How do i cancel my membership subscription
A
You can PAUSE your membership subscription at any time. Logon to your GO DISCOVER account on www.godiscover.dk and push PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION. A pop up will confirm when your subscription has been PAUSED. Your membership will run until expiration and will not auto renew. To UNPAUSE your subscription, simply login to your account as mentioned above, and push the UNPAUSE button.

Should you experience something which does not live up to our general high level of quality, please write to us via support@godiscover.dk and tell us about the incident.

I get too many notifications
A
If you are located in an area with many partners, you may get many partner location notifications. Too many? No problem, you can turn off your location notifications directly in the APP - MAIN MENU - SETTINGS - NOTIFICATIONS
